What does Forus do?

Forus selects the best used electronic devices and offers them to customers at a competitive price, so that customers can get high-quality electronic devices at a lower price than new devices. It also offers a warranty on electronic devices up to 90 days.

Customers also have the option to experience the device for 24 hours, with the possibility of returning it and receiving a full refund during this period if the device does not match the specifications mentioned on Forus’ electronic platforms or if any defects are found. The advantage of the 24-hour refund policy is that it ensures customer satisfaction and confidence in their purchase.

What is the warranty period?

Forus provides a warranty on all used devices for a period ranging from 30 to 90 days. This warranty covers all failures that affect the device, except those resulting from misuse such as breakage, falling from a high place, water entering the device, or any action that results in misuse as specified in the company's terms and conditions and warranty terms.

 

What is the advantage of refunding the purchase amount within 24 hours?

Forus offers the convenience of using and trying used electronic devices after purchase for 24 hours. If the device does not match the specifications mentioned on Forus’ electronic platforms or if any defects are found, customers can easily return the device, and Forus will fully refund the purchase amount. Provided that the device is in the same original condition as at the time of purchase.

 

 

How long does it take to refund the purchase amount?

Forus refunds the purchase amount to the customer within 1-3 business days if payment is made via K-Net, and within 2-5 business days if payment is made via Visa or Mastercard.

What is the difference between the condition of the device, good, very good, and excellent?

Forus conducts comprehensive inspections of devices to ensure that they are 100% functional. Then, it classifies them into the following conditions, based on the scratches on the devices:

  • Excellent:

o   Screen: Perfect condition

o    Body  : May have barely visible micro-scratches, not noticeable from 20 cm

    • Technical condition: 

Every device is guaranteed to be 100% functional, regardless of its cosmetic grade

  • Very good:
    • Screen: Perfect condition
    •  Body  : May have micro-scratches visible from 20 cm
    • Technical condition: 

Every device is guaranteed to be 100% functional, regardless of its cosmetic grade.

  • Good:
    • Screen: Contains some minor scratches.
    • Body: Contains visible scratches.
    • Technical condition: 

Every device is guaranteed to be 100% functional, regardless of its cosmetic grade.

Do you have prepaid card/credit card services?

Yes, we offer payment using K-net cards and credit cards, in addition to Apple & Google Pay.

Can I place an order without registering an account as a user?

Yes, you can place an order as a guest, which is an easy way for new customers to experience our online service. To shop as a guest, continue completing your order and when prompted to log in, select "Buy as a guest" and then enter your name, mobile number, and address on the checkout page.
